Paroa Hotel’s Greymouth accommodation is the newest in town. Recently renovated to a very modern standard. We are only minutes drive from Greymouth. Our units are very spacious and have high quality fittings and modern bathrooms. Our TV’s have Netflix and Sky with free unlimited WIFI in each room. You can also relax on your balcony in the garden surroundings.

KING STUDIO

This studio unit has a king size bed in it and a compact kitchenette. All our units have modern bathrooms, furnishings and fittings. We pride ourselves on our showers and water pressure. Our beds have top quality linen which we wash and dry onsite, our pillows are large and comfortable, we think that you will remember your stay because of our beds. This room has a sliding door that opens up to a balcony some of the rooms face towards a garden. In the winter we turn the heater on so your room is nice and warm on arrival and in the summer we have fans and excellent natural air flow from the balcony through the rooms and a fan at night if it is muggy. This room has a Smart TV with Sky, Netflix, Freeview and high speed free wifi.

EXECUTIVE ROOM

This is a one bedroom, so the bed is separate from the living area. This room has a king size bed in it and a full kitchen including oven.  There is a leather lounge suite, dining table and large windows that lead onto a small deck for outdoor flow that looks over a garden area. We pride ourselves on our showers and water pressure. Our beds have top quality linen which we wash and dry onsite, our pillows are large and comfortable, we think that you will remember your stay because of our beds.
